  • •⁠  ⁠Stay updated on social media and digital advertising trends to create effective and relevant ads.
  • •⁠  ⁠Monitor and analyze key performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion rates. Use A/B testing and data insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • •⁠  ⁠Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • •⁠  ⁠Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts, with a focus on achieving conversion targets.
  • •⁠  ⁠Experience handling accounts with a minimum budget of 50 million IDR per month, demonstrating effective budget allocation and ROI maximization.
  • •⁠  ⁠Strong organizational skills for structuring campaigns effectively and maximizing performance across segments.
  • •⁠  ⁠Proficient in data-driven decision-making and familiar with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
