- Prepare business requirements document Together with business units and coordinate with review units related to IT initiatives that have been approved by IT
- Acting as a business liaison, coordinating with project teams and other work units including third parties, involved in discussing production issues and improving the performance of related IT Applications
- Assisting business units in connection with cooperation with customers, regulators and the government in discussing solutions
- Develop requirements and user stories with the product owner
- Translating requirements into flow requirements (flow chart)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Informatics Management or equivalent
- Have experience as IT Business Analyst for at least 2-3 year
- Experienced in IT projects in insurance area will be advantage
- Have good communication skills and can work in a team
- Have analytical/critical and problem solving skills on business processes
- Have experience in compiling scripts (UAT & SIT)
- Have experience in Unit Link Product is a plus
- Able to user SQL
