- Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology/Management/other related major.
- Have minimum 2 years experience as a staff/officer HR in similar field.
- Have knowledge about all HR processes and rules.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
- HR certification as professional HR would be an advantage.
- Proficient using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
- Willing to join as soon as possible.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Control the end-to-end HR procress by outsource, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data management.
- Maintain and manage employee contracts and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Foster strong employee relations by maintaining open communication and supporting company events and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with other departments & PIC outsource to ensure the day to day as a rule and regulations.
- Support the company’s current and future business needs by enhancing employee engagement, development, and retention
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and other HR issues.
