  • Manage and update employee data, including employment contracts, BPJS (social security), leave, and other related documents
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Organize and maintain employee files
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents
  • Handle employee training processes, from registration to certificate documentation
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with other HR activities such as coordinating employee performance evaluations, company events, etc.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in HR administration (knowledge of payroll is a plus).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Understanding of BPJS Health and Employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
