- Manage and update employee data, including employment contracts, BPJS (social security), leave, and other related documents
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Organize and maintain employee files
- Prepare and distribute HR documents
- Handle employee training processes, from registration to certificate documentation
- Ensure all HR processes comply with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with other HR activities such as coordinating employee performance evaluations, company events, etc.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in HR administration (knowledge of payroll is a plus).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Understanding of BPJS Health and Employment regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
