- Contacting suppliers (hotels, restaurants, etc) to confirm bookings, checking availability,etc.
- Preparing issued voucher
- Preparing and process payments
- Making orders to suppliers
- Daily & monthly report
- Qualifications & experience
- Minimum have 1 year experience (fresh graduate may apply)
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree
- Can speak English
- Able operate Computer (Microsoft Office and Internet) minimum Basic Microsoft Excel & Word
