Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the fresh product supply chain.
- 2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation.
- 3. Manage supplier and customer relationships, maintain good cooperative relationships, especially in the field of condiments.
- 4. Supervise logistics and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal inventory.
- 5. Familiar with the recipes, processing and production processes, and sales of condiments, to ensure product quality.
- 6. Analyze the fresh market and industry trends, provide strategic recommendations, especially in the field of condiments.
- 7. Lead and train team members to improve team performance.
Job Requirements:
- 1. 2 years or more of experience in fresh supply chain and condiment industry. Familiar with the recipes, production processing procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- 2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- 3. Proficiency in Chinese and Indonesian languages is mandatory.
- 4. Preferred majors in fresh food, logistics management, international trade or related fields.
- 5. Good teamwork spirit and leadership ability.
- 6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
