Job Description
- Job Responsibility
- Have experience for daily inspection, maintenance, & repair for utility equipment (electricity, genset, HVAC, Boiler, Air compressor, water pump etc)
- Strictly follow the operating procedures and keep the utilities equipment in good condition;
- Solve any abnormal fault and recover them timely, which found during the daily inspection and patrol;
- Repair and maintain the utilities equipment according to engineer’s arrangement and maintenance plan;
- Implement the on-duty and shift to ensure that there are no problems when on the job;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
- Requirements
At least a diploma degree:
- At least 2 years working experience in maintenance utility equipment;
- Able to use instrument tool such as (multimeter, insulation resistance, temperature, power meter etc);
- Responsible, honest and willing to work hard, pragmatic, not showy, strive for excellence;
- Able to use English
