Job Description

Job Description Deputy Corporate Secretary:

  • Assist Corporate Secretary to monitor the development of the capital market, especially the regulations that apply in the capital market sector.
  • Assist Corporate Secretary to provide input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the Capital Market Sector.

Assist Corporate Secretary to assist the Board of Director of Commissioners in the implementation of corporate governance which includes but not limited to:

Disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the Company’s website, Submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and IDX in a timely manner, Implementation and documentation of the General Meeting of Shareholders, Implementation and documentation of the meetings of Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners and/or Committee Audit, Implementation of an orientation program for the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners of the Company.

  • Assist Corporate Secretary as a liaison between the Company and shareholders, the Financial Services Authority, Indonesia Stock Exchange and other stakeholders.
  • Providing updates on the investment community to Corporate Secretary / Board of Directors.
  • Assist Corporate Secretary to conduct meetings, visits, conferences and roadshows in order to maintain good relations with investor and analyst communities.
  • Secretarial or administrative control of Board of Directors correspondence with concerned parties, including OJK and the IDX (BEI).
  • Assist Corporate Secretary in handling of Investor Relations in order to maintain and improve communications between the company and investors, both locally and internationally.
  • Assist Corporate Secretary in handling of public relations.
  • Assist Corporate Secretary related correspondence with OJK and IDX as the capital market regulator, included electronic reporting (idxnet system) to OJK and IDX base on OJK / IDX Regulations.
  • Assist Corporate Secretary in presenting the Company’s development to the public through an open information report by way of Press Release, Public Expose, websites, and other information channels available to the Company.
  • Preparing Annual and Sustainibility Report to OJK and BEI, as well as providing reports on the Company’s website and announcements of full year financial statements and quarterly financial statements.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, a master’s degree is not necessary but is considered an asset.
  • Min. 7 years of work experience in the area of corporate secretary, public relations, financial investment, accounting, legal, and other related fields.
  • Good understanding of general corporate and capital market law and regulations.
  • Well knowledge of good corporate governance.
  • Strongly preferred that these experiences be with a public listed company.
  • Must demonstrate extremely strong communication In English (verbal, written, graphic) skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Good understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools are often required.
  • Should have high proficiency with the Ms. Office suite, particularly word, excel, and powerpoint.
