Job Desc:
- -Organize and build the Data team
- -Design and provide the Hourly /Daily /Weekly/Monthly report for team ,Let TL /SPV can work according the hourly report to push staff performance
- -Make attendance report(Monthly attendance summary) ,also monitor the Load number and ticket assign status
- -Build the alignment sheet and record staff join and resign ,make the summary report
- -Take over some collection system job (Staff/Tl account adjust )
- -Take over some Paper/Excel Job
- -Learn new collection tool ,and can make training ppt for collection team (Like WABA)
- -Monitor the collection system and give feedback as soon as possible
- -Monitor Softphone and help follow softphone setting
- -Data analyze for Collection Division
Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data analysis, reporting tools, or business intelligence are a plus.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in leading or organizing a data team.
- Experience with attendance management and staff performance tracking systems.
- Familiarity with collection systems and tools, ideally with experience in transitioning or taking over system management from external teams
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools to design and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of attendance management systems and ability to generate monthly summary reports.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for staff workload, ticket assignment, and performance tracking.
- Ability to handle database and account adjustments within collection systems.
- Ability to monitor softphone systems and troubleshoot or assist in settings adjustments.
4. Communication and Coordination:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to maintain alignment sheets, track staff join/resign activities, and create summary reports.
- Ability to create and deliver training materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations) for new tools or systems.
5. Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills to monitor Collection team performance and provide insights or feedback.
- Ability to analyze softphone performance and ensure settings are optimal.
- Comfortable with extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to make informed decisions and recommendations for performance improvements.
6. Additional Skills:
- Willingness to learn new tools or systems (e.g., WABA or similar collection tools).
- Adaptability in taking over tasks from other departments or external teams, such as paper or Excel-based tasks.
7. Personal Attributes:
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
