Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in preparing for project commencement, including initial review of blueprints and drafting the construction plan.
- Support the project manager in daily construction management tasks.
- Manage local workers during construction operations and maintain attendance records.
- Assign construction tasks to local workers and keep records of material and equipment usage, as well as provide technical briefings.
- Responsible for on-site construction acceptance, layout setting, and technical work related to inspections.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Collect and organize documentation of the construction process.
Requirements:
Language Skills:
Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian; basic Chinese language skills for daily communication.
Education:
Associate degree or higher in a construction-related field.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and relevant laws.
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant work experience (new graduates are welcome).
Personality:
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Professionalism:
Strong work ethic, team spirit, and high sense of responsibility.
Age:
Under 35 years old, open to fresh graduates.
Work Attitude:
Diligent and steady, able to work under pressure.
