Job Description

  • Main Fuctions
  • Processing requests and feedback from the company’s clients (live chat, outgoing calls, face-to-face meetings) about the quality of the services provided, handling objections and resolving conflict situations between service users;
  • Assisting riders with the registration process in mobile app, as well as supporting them in resolving order related issues, photo report checks;
  • Assisting supervisor with promotional activities.

  • Strong command of English;
  • Customer Service/Sales experience will be a big plus;
  • Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality;
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM).
