Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the overall campaign strategy.
- Collaboration with KOL and Content Manager
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the campaign is running efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage field operations, including voter outreach, canvassing, and events.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign goals are being met.
- Manage the campaign’s budget in collaboration with the Marketing Head, KOL Manager, Content
- Creator Manager and Finance Head.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of various teams, including communications, digital, field, and finance.
- Work closely with the Communications Director to develop and execute a media strategy.
- Draft reports and provide regular updates to the Campaign Manager and senior leadership.
- Represent the campaign at meetings, events, and other functions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in political campaigns, advocacy, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing or assisting with a campaign at the local, state, or national level.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to the campaign’s mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing field operations or voter outreach.
- Experience in Beauty Industries especially Skincare Cosmetics
- Familiarity with the digital trends
- Previous experience in fundraising or communications roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data
- Strong understanding of brand strategy
