Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational organization and monitoring of bars and its optimization to deliver the defined service. He is responsible for customer satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in mixing alcoholic drinks
- Energetic and positive thinking
- Team player and hard worker
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to multi-task
General Requirements:
- Fluent in English is mandatory, speaking other foreign language (French or Mandarin) is a plus
- Availability for International mobility for a period of 12 months
- Able to work long hours and work under pressure
- Willing to travel
