About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting delivery deadlines, while also ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse assistants to maintain high performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and supply management.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistical challenges.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
