Company Overview:

  • Loca Villa Group (LVG) is a property development and rental management company based in Bali.
  • Our company focuses on high-end services, specialising in luxury buildings and lifestyle properties. The company is currently in a growth phase and has extensive plans for future expansion.
  • We are looking for a Villa Manager for 10 villa units located next to each other. 5 of them are opening now, next 5 – in 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

  • Being a main representative of LVG to guests, handling check-is and check-outs and all guest communication.
  • Ensuring that guests are satisfied by addressing their needs, managing any complaints, and providing personalised services.
  • Acting as a point of contact for guests before and during their stay, ensuring their requests are met, arranging bookings, and providing concierge-like services.

Bookings and OTAs:

  • Handling direct and indirects bookings, managing calendar availability across the villas.

Decision making:

  • Handling responsibility for the villas performance, both in terms of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Making decisions regarding villa operations, staff management, guest issues, and financial management (e.g., budgeting, expenses).
  • In collaboration with Villa Coordinator – brainstorm and implement performance and upkeep improvements.

Operations:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the villas, ensuring that guest services, villa maintenance, and administrative tasks are efficiently handled.
  • Providing monthly expenses and performance reports to LVG owners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or villa management industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities, client-oriented.
  • Ability to handle scheduling and operational logistics effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia native.
