Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Tax Compliance Officer / Senior Tax / Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer with 2 – 4 years of experience
- Strong knowledge for existing tax regulations especially WHT & VAT
- Familiar with overseas transaction (DGT & COR)
- Familiar with MS Office Application (Excel is essential),
- Familiar with e-SPT & e-Faktur Application
- Communicative & pro-active in a demanding work situation
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Able to manage and control deliverables and deadlines
- Preferebly hold relevant course certificates (Brevet A & B)
- Have experience in tax audits will be plus point
Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly tax submission (WHT & VAT)
- Prepare tax billing payments
- Prepare monthly tax reconciliation
- Prepare tax invoices issuance (Vat Out & Vat In)
- Collect withholding tax slips from clients
- Distribute withholding tax slips to vendors
- Handle tax administration & registration
- Ensure proper documentation & filing for all tax returns including other tax related supporting documents
- Gather all tax related supporting documents to ensure completeness of our databases
