Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as sales in shipping or logistics industry
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, able to speak and write in mandarin will be considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills to perform essential job functions
- Position is open for Surabaya
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiry for document export
- Handling manifest submission and interview with customer (if any)
- Coordination with customer and overseas agent for solving problem
- Make report accordingly
