- As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving revenue growth. They are seeking for a dynamic and results oriented professional with a strong network and significant experience in B2B2C sales, specifically in Apparel Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and establish strong relationships with retailers, and distributors to promote and distribute products.
- Prospect and engage new business opportunities to expand the brand’s presence in the automotive aftermarket sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the apparel market.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent company and build valuable partnerships.
- Having knowledge and experience about import.
Qualifications:
- Max 40 yo.
- Min education S1 in any field.
- Min 5 years experience.
- Have the expertise and ability to negotiate ( negotiation skills, Leadership, Presentation, Data Analysis and Problem Solving ).
- Making Weekly Sales Report, Update Weekly Sales Acivity , Checking And Follow Up Shortage Material, Checking/Controling Forecast Customer.Controling Schedule Submit Invoice.
- Able to work in a Team as well as a dynamic environment
- Able to speak English well, both oral and written.
- Honest, responsible, professional and independent.
- Establish relationship and working closely with distributors to develop new targeted accounts in the region
