- Make hotel, transport, tour & others reservation based on client preferences and availability.
- Offer flight options, tour choices, recommendations for transportation and lodging.
- Preparing travel documents.
- Keeping track of floating deposit & refund at supplier.
- Managing and cultivating positive relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Oversee all reservation & operation for travelers include client with disability.
- Execute include accessibility surveys of accommodations and Bali destinations.
