- Supervise inspectors in the region, and ensure standardized QA checking nationwide
- Maintain tools and guidelines related to QA Activities (tracker/report/checklist)
- Quality-related hypercar initiatives (region-based/nationwide)
- Monitoring all quality-checking activities
- Innovate and short-term enhancement for better inspection results (report automation, utility calculator)
- Generate regular or ad-hoc reports, present findings to stakeholders
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders related to inspection validity or projects
- Engage with specific regional teams to facilitate quality/project implementation and fact-finding to address operations-related issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
- Preferably have 4-6 years of experience in Quality Control / Assurance and/or SOP compliance.
- Coming from a logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background is a plus.
- Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow.
- Strong logic to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset with good initiative and thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
