Responsibilities:
- Will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various projects in our company.
- Responsible for coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.
- 1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- 2. Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional teams
- 3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- 4. Manage project documentation and ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- 5. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and any issues
- 6. Promote and enforce a culture of safety on all construction sites, ensuring that all activities adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/equivalent
- Have experience in residential/apartment
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, time management, adnd interpersonal skills
- Have ability to develop, manage project design, and budget controlling
- Willing to be place in Bali
