Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
- Track and analyze the macro environment of the Indonesian markets, including political, economic, social, and technological factors.
- Collect and analyze data on the automotive markets in Indonesia, such as market size, competitive landscape, consumer demand, and trends.
- Prepare market research reports to provide data support for company decision-making.
Product Planning:
- Develop a product planning scheme for the next 3 years in Indonesia based on market competition, market demand, and user needs, aligned with CHANGAN product plan.
Product Certification:
- Research and track automotive-related laws, regulations,and policies, and develop response strategies.
- Follow up on product certification-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in market analysis and product planning.
- Skilled in office tools; experience with Tableau is preferred.
- Experience in product planning for the Indonesian markets is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and marketing is preferred. Degrees in Vehicle Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management are advantageous.
Language Requirements:
Good English communication skills are required; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese is preferred, enabling seamless communication with both the domestic headquarters and local partners.
