Job Description
- Bali Midori Travel is a Bali-based travel agency dedicated to offering unique and personalized travel experiences in Bali. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Product Quotation Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and prepare travel product quotations
- 2. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate costings
- 3. Analyze the market trends to provide the most competitive rates
- 4. Manage and maintain a database of product prices, terms, and conditions
- 5. Assist the sales team in negotiating with suppliers for the best deals
- 6. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and follow up on potential leads
Qualifications:
- 1. Proven experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry
- 2. Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations
- 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (costing formulas, data management)
- 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- 6. Team player with a passion for travel and customer service
- 7. Able to join immediately
