Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth implementation of all marketing activities.
- Analyze and review the success of marketing activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all channels.
- Create engaging content for both digital and print platforms.
- Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Design and execute promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Identify opportunities for tactical improvements and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement short-term initiatives that support business growth.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, press releases, and videos.
- Monitor the performance of marketing plans and provide insights to the Marketing Manager to support the refinement of strategies in meeting business goals.
- Continuously track market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a similar marketing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AI tools, Canva.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp), WordPress, and marketing analytics tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and proficiency in content development and copywriting.
- Ability to monitor and analyze marketing metrics for continuous optimization.
- Confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
