Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth implementation of all marketing activities.
  • Analyze and review the success of marketing activities.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation across all channels.
  • Create engaging content for both digital and print platforms.
  • Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Design and execute promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Identify opportunities for tactical improvements and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement short-term initiatives that support business growth.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, press releases, and videos.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing plans and provide insights to the Marketing Manager to support the refinement of strategies in meeting business goals.
  • Continuously track market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.
  • Uphold and embody Maccaferri’s core values of Knowledge, Entrepreneurship, People Passion, and Open-Mindedness in all activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a similar marketing role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AI tools, Canva.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp), WordPress, and marketing analytics tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and proficiency in content development and copywriting.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze marketing metrics for continuous optimization.
  • Confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
