Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate with various internal teams and brands to develop and execute long-term strategy for a given market
  • Responsible for formulating advertising expenses for marketing plans, including large-scale offline activities, social media cooperation, on-site or on-site advertising, platform supporting purchases, etc.; Report to the VP on the plan to ensure that all spending is manageable and effective, and be responsible for arranging the marketing team to implement the plan after approval.
  • Responsible for and manage the local team to operate Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok, official website of Dreame online flagship store in Indonesia, and report to the vice president in time.
  • Manage the marketing and design team, organize promotion planning meetings for plan discussions, and assign tasks to the situation and complete them on time. At the same time, maintain good relations with KOLs, KOCs or social media, and develop special promotion plans if necessary.
  • Formulate a promotion plan based on online store(s) and industry conditions, provide data analysis reports for the promotion situation, and formulate improvement plans.
  • Manage the e-commerce team, create weekly and monthly promotion plans, and ensure that the team executes according to the sales plan.

Make suggestions on advertising plan or product launch, review off-site/on-site advertising efficiency, ROI of each campaign/month/quarter according to planned results, and ensure that on-site traffic can be maximized to drive:

(i) Online Official Store(s) Sale Plan, (ii) New Product Launched [Online and Roadshow]

  • Work proactively. Steady progress. Strong communication and understanding skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in e-commerce or marketing with proven success record. Home appliances industry is plus
  • Professional experience in online business, including channel development, channel management.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of on-site and off-site advertising.
  • Experience of working in platforms or Indonesia local ecommerce market is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Indonesia in both written and verbal communications, English and Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivation, able to work under pressure.
  • Passionate, strong sense or teamwork.
