Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Have experience in Livestream
- Good knowledge about live stream operations. Able to operate livestream menus and understand live dashboard data
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and have a broad knowledge of skincare/beauty products is a plus
- Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization
- Can join ASAP and able to follow shifting schedule (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the host during live stream; help cheer up live session, delivering inquiries from viewers to the host in charge, operating livestream menu in e-commerce channels
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the live stream daily across the channel (Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)
- Monitor and evaluate the host’s performance to deliver a good-quality livestream
- Engage in developing strategic planning to increase sales.
- Editing content video (taken and recorded from Live stream session) to create video ads.
