Job Desk:
- – Identify & Explore new campaign strategies and models by stay updated and following up on popular topics and events.
- – Develop and execute comprehensive live streaming strategies on TikTok, ensuring seamless operations and timely content delivery.
- – Propose and implement innovative strategies to increase viewer engagement, boost sales, and optimize overall livestream performance on TikTok.
- – Lead and mentor a team of livestream by providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- – Provide training and skill development opportunities for team members to enhance their live streaming abilities, presentation skills, and technical proficiency.
- – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and IT, to ensure seamless coordination of livestream activities.
- – Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewership, engagement, and conversion rates to identify trends and optimize future live streams.
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Media, Marketing or a related field.
- – At least 3+ years of experiences in Broadcasting or Live streaming, with a strong preference for TikTok.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- – Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making.
- – In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform rules, algorithms, and best practices.
- – Proficiency in operating live streaming equipment and software, including OBS, lighting, and other relevant tools.
- – Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin would be preferred.
- Willing to be placed at PIK 2, North Jakarta.
