Job Description
Job Purpose:
- A Leisure assistant role involves providing administrative assistance and support to Leisure Consultants who specialize in planning, organizing, and managing recreational and leisure activities, programs, and facilities. To ensuring smooth reservation and operations leisure package.
Accountabilities:
- Leisure Consultant Assistance
- – Assist the dedicated Leisure Consultants during process quotation, reservations, booking loading and operations the package.
- – Facilitate communication between Leisure Consultants with vendors, and internal teams
- Admin Travel Studio
- – Support the Travel Studio to input the booking into reservations system
- – Conducting Final Check on the system, share point and all the reservation into supplier
- Monitoring Payment
- – Support monitoring payment of the booking from the agent with accounting department
- – Ensure the supplier payment has conducted by accounting department to all booking.
Qualifications:
- • A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in tourism, hospitality, business or languages would be an advantage
- • Good command of both written and spoken English
- • Detailed destination and product knowledge of Indonesia
- • Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues
- • Passionate about Travel and want to tell visitors about Wonderful Indonesia!
Experience:
- • Fresh graduate with tourism field internship or
- • Minimum 1-year experiences in tourism industry is preferred
Skills:
- • Good working command of written and spoken English (other languages are an advantage)
- • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks
- • Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software such as Travel Studio)
- • Ability to work as a team and enjoying interactions
- • Good negotiation skill
