- Advertising available leases, negotiate rental terms, and finalize lease agreements. Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants to fulfil their lease obligation.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in any major
- Have 2-3 years experienced in Leasing for retail commercial area or shopping mall
- Strong leadership and team management skill
- Broad connection and networking
- Good sense of negotiation
