Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate a diverse cocktail menu inspired by Japanese flavors and ingredients.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create signature drinks that pair well with our dishes.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Mixologist in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting (minimum 2 years experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and Japanese beverage traditions.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
