Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting end to end recruitment process
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
- Manage insurance for employees (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Operate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recapitulate employee presence
- Responsible for handling payroll
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or equivalent
- Familiar and have good knowledge of psychological tests (DISC, PAPI Kostick, and IST)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to type quickly and able to make designs for HR events
- Having good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately
