  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, monitoring leave balances and handling routine updates in the HR system.
  • Support the coordination of training programs by managing participant registration, monitoring attendance, and maintaining training records.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring timely updates and accurate data management in accordance with company policies.
  • Process and verify employee claims for business-related expenses, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal of necessary operational licenses and agreements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee procurement processes for office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain management.
  • Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in all related major field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Korean language proficiency will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for HR (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, charts, IF statements, data filtering, text functions, DATE functions, basic macros).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle secretive information with confidentiality and maintain privacy in sensitive matters.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
