Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Melakukan live streaming secara rutin di sosial media sesuai jadwal
- Memperkenalkan dan menawarkan produk ke audiens
- Berinteraksi dengan audiens melalui live streaming
- Membuat hasil laporan dari live streaming
- Mengelola katalog produk di online shop & Website Perusahaan
- Berhubungan dengan tim Konten & Desain Web tentang konten & gambar produk
- Tanggung jawab untuk menjaga harga & rencana produk online memastikan bahwa perubahan harga diterapkan secara akurat & tepat waktu
- Memeriksa katalog secara teratur – memperbaiki tampilan katalog, serta bekerja sama dengan tim gudang untuk menangani masalah stok
- Mewakili toko online dalam perencanaan kampanye dan promosi
- Mengelola masalah apa pun yang muncul di online shop
