- Develop and manage the Organization Development strategy to support overall business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of OD programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and growth.
- Oversee the individual development planning process for internal talent, ensuring tailored growth opportunities.
- Prepare and review the Competency Framework, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Conduct comprehensive job assessments, including business process identification, job description reviews, job analysis, and job evaluation to support the job grading system.
- Manage the talent pool, superior workforce development, and key employee retention programs to ensure a robust succession plan for future leadership.
- Organize and oversee the Performance Management System across the organization.
- Analyze and manage the performance evaluation database to provide accurate, data-driven insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the organization development field.
- Experience managing OD programs within a multinational organization is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of competency development and job analysis processes.
- Hands-on experience with Hay/Mercer job grading systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Will be located in Tangerang area.
