Job Description/Role and Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of business solutions and business development for corporate and broadband clients, and customer service assurance innovation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and deliver customized solutions, including digital transformation initiatives, IoT implementations, Fiber infrastructure expansion, and network solutions.
  • Ensure the business solutions strategy aligns with the organization’s long-term goals, driving growth in enterprise and home market segments.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop competitive business solutions that provide a unique value proposition.
  • Design and implement customer service assurance processes, ensuring customer tiering levels and quality benchmarks are met or exceeded.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and enhance customer support operations, focusing on improving response times, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure interoperability between business solutions and customer support services, facilitating a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops with customers to enhance service delivery and develop proactive support models that anticipate customer needs.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 15+ years of progressive experience in ISP, Telco or IT Company focusing on network planning, business solutions, customer service assurance, and operations. Previously worked at ISP or Astra Group (more preferred)
  • Candidate at least MBA or master’s degree in business management or bachelor’s degree in informatics, or related technical field.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale technology projects, including 4G/5G rollouts, Fiber optic deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level solutions and customer service dynamics within the technology and telecommunications sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large, diverse teams and working with cross functional stakeholders. •
  • Significant knowledge in network infrastructure management, including IP Core Networks, DWDM, MPLS, Fiber networks, and cloud solutions.

Certifications:

  • • Certified Business Analysis Professional
  • • Project Management Professional
  • • Six Sigma and equivalent.
  • • Customer Experience Certifications
