Job Description
One of our client company (a Pharmaceutical company) in Jakarta area, currently looking for Formulation Manager with requirements as below:
Requirements:
- Background Education bachelor’s degree Apothecary
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D Formulation in Pharmaceutical/Drug Industry
- Experience in develop product eye drops
Must-have skills:
leadership & developing team, smart, strong analytical and problem solving, innovative, creative, curious, love exploring new ideas but remain focused on delivering results, target oriented.
- Have knowledge of drug development aspects and CPOB/CPOTB/CPKB and Halal regulations, especially Pharmaceutical
- Willing to work in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta
Job Detail:
- Prefeasibility/literature study of new product
- Manage laboratory studies and laboratory-scale stability study of liquid injection product
- Manage execution of pilot batches through technology transfer and provide support during first commercial batches in coordination with production unit
- Provide technical support for export submission
- Ensure fulfilment of quality compliance in formulation department including change control submission, deviation reporting, CAPA closure, periodic training, and internal audit
- Coordinate execution of equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance in formulation laboratory
- Ensure the availability of logistic for formulation studies
- Manhour planning of each project and other activities
