  • The Fleet Management Lead at Grab Rental is an important role, requiring you with a background in fleet operations & management.
  • Get to Know the Role
  • This role is crucial to Grab Rental operational efficiency in Bali. As a Fleet Management Lead, you will manage a diverse fleet, achieve growth and improvement on a significant scale, and help shape the future of Grab Rental in Bali. The role will be onsite in Bali and report to the City Manager. You will work with multiple partners, both internal and external, to ensure Grab Rental services meet the needs of our customers & partners in Bali.
  • The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Oversee the entire fleet operations, ensuring efficiency in all processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that meet team goals created in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Build relationships with vendors, including vehicle suppliers, maintenance service providers, and insurance companies.
  • Ensure all fleet operations comply with local regulations and company policies. Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance coverage.
  • Manage fleet-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.
  • Oversee the resolution of any fleet-related issues raised by customers or drivers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications
  • What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven 4+ years of experience in fleet management or after sales operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiar with carpooling system & mechanism
