Job Description
- Our client focuses on trading natural resources. They supply essential resources for both local and international markets, including livestock, coal, fresh fruit bunches, solar energy, and agricultural products.
Job Responsibility:
- 1. Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- 2. Handle correspondence and maintain confidential documents.
- 3. Prepare corporate governance documents and ensure compliance.
- 4. Liaise with stakeholders and maintain corporate records.
- 5. Draft corporate communications and coordinate events.
- 6. Prepare materials for meetings and take minutes.
- 7. Organize and manage Board of Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Corporate Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or in a corporate environment is a plus.
