Job Description
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service quality.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing programs and promotions.
- Communicate information about new products or services to customers.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
- Identify areas for enhancing customer experience and provide recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and after sales department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
