  • 1. Conducting Research Activities
  • – Conducting qualitative and quantitative research activities and analyzing insights to understand market and consumer conditions with the aim of providing recommendations that can offer strategic brand direction based on findings and insights obtained from primary research.
  • 2. Compiling Research Reports
  • – Compiling Retail Audit reports across all channels based on established formats with the aim of providing recommendations to the CM and Sales teams that can guide brand strategy based on analysis and actionable insights obtained from secondary research.
  • – Compiling Marketing KPI Tracker reports (Panel and Brand Health Tracking) based on established formats with the aim of providing recommendations that can offer strategic brand direction based on analysis and insights obtained from secondary research.
  • 3. Processing Data and Extracting Insights for Development Strategies
  • – Providing data and extracting insights to support the creation of channel development, NPL, shopper, and communication strategy recommendations for the brand team based on market and consumer insights obtained, with the aim of offering recommendations that can provide strategic brand direction based on analysis and insights obtained from primary and secondary research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Majoring in Social or Behavioral Studies (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology etc)/ Statistic/Economic/Engineering/Business/Management/Marketing/ Mathematic

Min. 1-3 years of experience (our preferences below):

  • – As an insight team member on a company/client side (FMCG or Non-FMCG)
  • – A team member in a market research agency (preferably Quantitative)
  • – A Data Analyst / BI team member of a Tech company
  • – Any position related to insight, research, or data analysis
  • Basic knowledge of research and its approaches/methods
  • Basic knowledge of business and marketing
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate Data Processing & Visualization Software
  • Good proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Placement in South Jakarta
