- Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. (English)
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.).
- Operate coffee-making equipment with care and precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Assist in stock management, including ordering supplies and keeping track of inventory.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including food hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
