Job Descriptions:
- Planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of facility conditions, building facilities and infrastructure especially in the civil field. Including design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field
- Share the ideas regarding design project and monitoring tender documents
- Supervise and review the work of contractors in terms of standard construction procedures, quality and progress regarding housing construction activities carried out by the contractor
- Supervise the work of the contractor or subcontractor in carrying out work request or fitting out in the field
- The first identifier for each Non-Conformance in the field
- Determine the problems before and or during project implementation in the field related to quality and time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or from any major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD)
- Having Knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material
- Strong personality, discipline and a hardworking nature
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
