Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the category’s product development
- Sourcing and managing the merchandise mix for the achievements of targeted sales & profits
- Creating new ideas to expand the product’s market
- Increasing market share
- Monitoring merchandise performance (sales analysis)
- Planning merchandise clearance
- Brand reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from reputable university (preferably majoring in fashion design)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in merchandising position, preferably from fashion retail or textile industry
- Has good knowledge about product development
- Strong retail math & analytical skills, detail oriented
- Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense
- Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership
- Fluent in English & computer literate
- Willing to be placed at Tangerang area
