- Ensuring KPI area coverage targets are met
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Maintaining stock and supply of products (feed, seeds) to meet demand in the area
- Achieving commercial targets and additional business growth in line with business and company priorities
- Ensuring the achievement and process of AR collection is in line with ARAP priorities
- Providing education to farmers on the adoption of digital tools
Job Requirement:
- Minimum D3/S1 (Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree)
- Fisheries and/or Agribusiness major is preferred
- Experience in Sales and/or Operations
- Experience and knowledge in operations
- Salesmanship skills
- Territory or area management
- Knowledge of distribution and operations
