Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced General Trade Assistant Area Sales Manager to organize, oversee, and expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
- Effective Assistant Area Sales Manager are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.
- The goal is to ensure our sales target will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.
Job Description:
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
- Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Track & report activities of competitors.
- Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor or Assistant Area Sales Manager (General Trade)/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skin care/Beauty industry).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Having strong database in General Trade in all Central Java area
- Currently base or willing to be place in Semarang
- Able to Develop channel sales strategy.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbally
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
- Track & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
- Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
