Job Description
- Execute correctly and on time the warranty and BSI/MSI claim.
- Ensure supporting documents and other requirement are complete and correct before submitting a warranty or BSI claim.
- Perform reconciliation of all account receivables resulting from warranty and BSI claims submissin process with finance departement internally and with the BMW Group Indonesia.
- Resend all rejected claims as soon as possible after correction claims errors ( Not exceeding the time limit set by BMW Indonesia) or processing rejection authorization if the claim is not included in the warranty category.
