Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Indonesian, Chinese, and English (not mandatory).
- Prior experience in business operations or e-commerce is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team management experience is preferred.
- Able to accommodate a flexible schedule based on team needs and willing to travel for translation work.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a clean criminal record.
Job Description:
- Provide on-site translation services for the project, including both oral and written translation.
- Assist in managing the operations team and facilitate effective communication between Indonesian employees and the company, supporting the team’s operations.
- Translate documents and communications in Chinese and Indonesian as needed. Proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
- Assist in organizing company business meetings to ensure clear communication between all parties.
- Support the project team with any language-related tasks.
- Assist in handling paperwork and documentation to ensure all records are accurately translated and maintained.
