Job Description
- Technical Person in Charge (PJT/R&D)
Qualifications:
- Maximum 45 Years Old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Competent, authorized and responsible so that the distribution system runs well to ensure the safety, quality and benefits of distributed medical devices
- The technical person in charge must receive training in Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB), as evidenced by a CDAKB training certificate
- Have experience in compiling CDAKB/CPAKB
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Specific Job Description:
- Prepare, ensure and be responsible for the entire process of distributing medical devices
- Manage medical devices in the Company in accordance with the applicable CDAKB rules in PMK No. 4 of 2014
- Understand the entire process of distributing medical devices from purchasing, receiving, to sending medical devices to customers in a condition that maintains quality, safety and benefits
- Ensure management of medical device storage in accordance with the rules stated in accordance with the packaging product
- Ensure that medical device licensing is in accordance with regulations, policies and laws and regulations
- Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of actions that have been taken
- Ensure that distribution facilities have implemented CDAKB
- Participate in compiling, ensuring and maintaining the CDAKB system
- Focus on managing activities that are the authority of PJT and maintaining the accuracy and quality of documentation
- Ensure basic training programs and advanced training on CDAKB for all personnel involved in distribution activities
- Ensure that customer complaints are handled effectively
- Ensure the suitability of supplier and customer qualifications
- Ensure that contract agreements related to the distribution and/or transportation of medical devices are in accordance with specifications
