Job Description

  • Duties and Responsibilities of HRD Staff

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

2. Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and training programs.
  • Ensure that new hires complete necessary documentation and understand company policies.

3. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Support managers in providing feedback and coaching to employees.

4. Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

5. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

6. Data Management:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training effectiveness.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years experiences as HR Staff
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices ( incl. BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
