Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities of HRD Staff
Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and training programs.
- Ensure that new hires complete necessary documentation and understand company policies.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Support managers in providing feedback and coaching to employees.
4. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Data Management:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and analyses on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training effectiveness.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years experiences as HR Staff
- Max. 35 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking, writing, and reading)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices ( incl. BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
