Job Description:
- As product specialist for leadership & development product
- Create solution recommendation for Pre-Sales Activity
- Create project budget and oversee project manager to maintain agreed project margin
- Monitor project delivery, collaborate with Project Manager
- Manage strategic project
- As representative speaker in public national/international event and in open house/product launching
- Conduct result presentation to client
Job Requirement:
- Master’s Degree
- At least 7 years working experience as an assessment/HR consultant
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- Well-versed in the methodology and variety of learning & development instruments and the complexities of consultant work
- Possess strong business sense
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- Passionate in Hi-Tech Workplace Assessment
- Possess and applies continuous learning skills
